Quality Control (Oral Solid Dosage):
B.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm, with 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in handling HPLC, GC, dissolution
apparatus and UV-visible spectrometer. Should also have knowledge of weight analysis and stability studies for oral solid dosage forms, Must have experience in a pharmaceuticals formulation manufacturing plant.

Quality Assurance (Oral Solid Dosage):
B.Pharm / M.Sc. / M.Pharm with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience of IPQA activities / environment monitoring in an oral solid dosage manufacturing facility. Should also have knowledge of packaging, manufacturing IPQA, warehouse IPQA, BPR review, batch release in SAP, calibration of IPQA instruments, process validation, cleaning validation and packaging validation. Must have experience in a pharmaceuticals formulation manufacturing plant.

QA in QC :
B.Sc./ B.Pharm/ M.Sc / M.Pharm with 5 to 10 years of experience of QC / Lab QA activities. QMS and investigation activities, audit trail review and data review related to FP, RM and stability.

Tablet / Capsule / Pellet / Wurster / Packing / Inspection :
B.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in supervision operation, monitonng and related documents. Exposure to working in a regulatory plant is a must. Must have experience in a pharmaceuticals formulation manufacturing plant.

Zydus Cadila recruits Technical Assistant, Officer, Executive,Technician,Assistant / Deputy Manager,Trainees,Apprentice

Technical Assistant:
Tablet / Capsule / Pellet / Wurster / Packing / Inspection : Diploma Engineering / D.Pharm with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in operating pharmaceutical machines for granulations – drying / coating/ wurster / pellets / compression / blending. Must have experience in a pharmaceuticals formulation manufacturing plant.

Officer / Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager:
Stores / Warehouse : Any Diploma / Graduate with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience of RM / PM dispensing of oral solid dosage, online documentation and reconciliation of materials. Should have knowledge of receipt of raw materials, slorage & packaging materials and also handle physical stocks verification and its reconciliation.

Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Exp. : 3 to 10 years):
Engineer – Mechanical : B.E. / B.Tech. with pharmaceuticals (OSD) plant maintenance experience. Exposure to ERP system for plant maintenance activity is essential. Expenence in QMS documentation, equipment installation qualification will be an added advantage.

Engineer – Instrumentation :
B.E. / B.Tech.with pharmaceuticals (OSD) plant maintenance experience in PLC / SCADA / HMI related work, 21CFR, CSV, MES, EMS. Exposure to ERP system for calibration & validation activity is essential. Experience in calibration & validation of instruments / equipment, QMS documentation, equipment installation qualification will be an added advantage.

Technician / Operator (Exp.: 3 to 10 years):
Engineering : ITI (Fitter / Electrician / Instrument Technician) with pharmaceuticals (OSD) plant maintenance.ITI (Fitter / Electrician) for water system plant operation and maintenance. ITI (Fitter) for Utility (chiller. cooling tower, Air Compressor with HOC dryer & BMS) plant operation and maintenance.

Officer / Executive / Senior Executive:
Human Resources: MBA / PGDBM – HR (full time) with 2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience in Time Office Management / Talent Management / Learning & Development.

Trainees/Apprentice:
Any Diploma Engineers / D.Pharm. / B.Sc. / B.Pharm / B.Ed/ M.Sc. / M.Pharm who are ready to work in the pharmaceutical industry as Trainee / Apprentice. Only local candidates preferred.

For all the positions except Trainees, it is essential for candidates to have exposure to regulatory requirements of documentation, cGMP/GLPand must have worked in regulated plants having approvals ot US FDA, MHRA, etc. Those with experience in SAP environment shall be preferred.
