Post Name: Manager / Senior Manager – Machine Shop Production

B.E. (Mech.) with around 15 to 20 years of Experience in Machine shop Production / Operations

• Should be a team leader and self driven to achieve the Organization’s goals and capable of handling team of Managers, Engineers and Operators and work closely with other Support functions.
• Should have hands on experience in Machining process including programming, selection of tools and fixturing.
• Knowledge on 5 axis machining will be an added advantage.
• Should have hands on experience in continuous improvement, OEE, TPM, SMED concepts, Quality systems, 5S and safety practices.
• Should have working knowledge about SOP, Control plans, FMEA, SPC, 7 QC tools and should be able to adopt problem solving techniques in machining areas.
• Should be well versant with PPAP and APQP requirements.
• Knowledge on Inspection techniques and able to guide the team in self certifying the products.

Job location will be in the Plant Salary will not be a constraint for the suitable candidate and will be commensurate to experience and knowledge. Outstation candidates willing to relocate along with family can also apply
