Bihar School Examination Board, an organization under the aegies of Education Department, Govt, of Bihar, has issued advertisement vide PR 248/2023 regarding JEE/NEET Coaching for meritorious students of BSEB for hiring of competent, dedicated and experienced Teachers on Full Time basis for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology subjects, the salient features of which are as follows :-

Requirement of Teachers for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology subjects for JEE/NEET Coaching by BSEB
(Remuneration- Up to Rs. 2.50 Lakhs per month; as professional fee)

1. Experience- Minimum 5 years experience in teaching the subject in JEE/NEET Coaching with minimum 1 Lakh salary per month or 12 Lakhs per year in any one year of the last five years.
2. Remuneration- Up to Rs. 2.50 Lakhs per month, as professional fee. (Annual Increment- Minimum 5% and Maximum 10% on the basis of performance).
3. Engagement- For 4 Years (To be further extended for 2 years and thereafter extension will be done every 2 years based on performance and requirement).
