Age: 40-45 years
Minimum Experience: 15 years (Insurance/Banking experience preferred)
Salary: Rs.15-20 Lakhs PA + Incentives best in the industry.
Job Description: To lead the team of Sales Managers. To assist the Sales Managers to achieve the sales targets. To manage team performance. To handle the escalations, reduce attrition and be responsible for training needs of the team.
Post Name: Manager – Sales (Nos-25)
Age: 30-40 years
Minimum Experience: 10 years
(Experience in Real Estate shall be most preferred)
Salary: Rs.8-10 Lakhs PA + Incentives best in the industry.
Job Description: Proficient direct selling expert. Being able to attend to walk-in customers onsite. An ability to gauge customer requirements and the proficiency to match that to the product. An ability to list USPs of the project vis a vis the competition. Tenacity to make regular sales closures and achieve monthly targets. Creating and presenting frequent reviews and reports of meetings with sales head.

Job Description: Managing & executing digital campaigns across primary media viz. Google, Face book and other leading digital channels – Google Ad Words, including website analysis, keyword research, campaign management, bidding, campaign monitoring etc.
