XISS – Applications for the post of Assistant Professors are invited in the following subject areas in the Department of Marketing Management of the Xavier Institute of Social Service.

Eligibility Criteria for all the Subjects:
1. For all the Subject areas – Ph.D. in the given subject area from reputed institutes with Teaching Experience and / or relevant research or industry experience is required.
2. For Subject Areas 1&2 – MBA / PGDM from reputed institutes with excellent academic record is mandatory. Candidates with
B.E. / B.Tech. background will be preferred.
3. For Subject Area 3 -Candidates with Post Graduate background in Econometrics / Mathematical Economics from reputed institutes with excellent academic record is essential. Candidates having PGDM / MBA as additional qualification will be preferred.

Key Responsibility Areas:
Teaching, Research and other academic activities.
Pay Scales: As per AICTE norms.
* Candidates who have submitted their thesis or are on the verge of completion of their Ph.D are also encouraged to apply.
