Qualification
Essential: CS from ICSI.
Desirable: Law Graduate from a recognized University and MBA / PGDM (Finance) from AICTE/UGC recognized Institute.
Experience
Minimum 20 years’ total experience, out of which at least 10 years as Company Secretary of a large / medium size company.
Annual CTC: 22 Lakhs.
Age: Up to 50 years.
