Watertec (India) Pvt Ltd, was established in 1997, at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu State, India, as a joint venture company between UMS Group -Coimbatore, Watertec – Malaysia and South Asian Investments – Srilanka. We are a Leading manufacturer of International Quality Bathroom fittings and Accessories & Pipes and Fittings in India. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company having production facilities in Coimbatore and branches all over India, with a strong dealer network.

The company, having an aggressive expansion plan covering all aspects like product portfolio, capacity, distribution and new markets, is on the lookout for an enterprising Chief Executive Officer to take the organisation forward.

The position will be based at Coimbatore.

The ideal candidate will be a Graduate in Engineering with a Post Graduate qualification in Business Management with 20 years of experience, having worked for at least 5 years in a Senior Management Position. Aged below 50 years. Should be result oriented with adequate experience, across diverse organisational domains; and significant exposure in building material industry. Adept at planning and implementation of business strategies, capable of leading both the production and marketing team to achieve targets.

Should have a track record of repeatedly achieving sustained revenue and EBITA growth in a dynamic and changing market environment.

Salary best in the industry (Candidates drawing less than 35 Lakhs per annum need not apply).
