HealthCare*
Group Leaders
3 to 5 years of experience in US Healthcare or Insurance Domain, Acting Team Lead can also apply.
Female candidates preferred.

Managers
6 to 12 years of experience in US Healthcare or Insurance Domain, Good communication, client facing experience, people management, project management and Six Sigma. Female candidates preferred.

Medical Coders
0 to 3 years of experience with CPC / COC Certification preferred.

Clinical Reviewers – NCLEX
Minimum 3 years of experience in Hospital with NCLEX certification.

Indian Registered Nurses
Minimum 2 years of experience from NABH or JCI accredited Hospitals. Should be comfortable taking up NCLEX exam and clearing it.
* Should be willing to work in night shifts

Non – HealthCare
Team Leaders and Quality Executives
1 to 3 years of experience, Inbound / Outbound – Sales / Customer Services, Telecom, Insurance, 6 days a week (Dayshift) Acting Team Leads / QAs can also apply.

AMs, DMs
1 to 3 years of experience, good communication, client facing experience, people management and project management, 6 days a week (Dayshift).

Trainers
1 to 5 years of experience. O/B sales processes, Excellent Communication in English & Kannada, Telesales background, 6 days a week (Dayshift).

Managers / Sr. Managers / AGM / DGM*
7 to 15 Years. Experience in Quality / Operations / Business Excellence Ability to work across various geographies, leadership experience in BPO, people management, process management, skills management etc.

MIS – Executives / Leads / Managers*
0 to 5 Years of experience in the area of MIS / WFM, Basic to advance excel knowledge. Macros, V-Lookup, H-Lookup, creating reports, business analytical skills.
