Post Name: Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer

Roles & Responsibility of MD & CEO
The MD & CEO will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Company’s short term and long-term strategies in consultation with the Board of Directors, to grow and strengthen business and shareholder value. He/She will spearhead the ongoing business operations of the Company with a continuous thrust on aligning the Company’s business, business mix, policies, systems etc. to the ever-changing business environment in the NBFC space.

MD & CEO Age, Qualification & Experience

1. The ideal candidate must be between the age of 50 to 57 years (as on 30th Sept. 2020).
2. He/She should possess a Post Graduate degree in Business / Finance and have about 25 years of experience in the Financial Sector (Banks / NBFCs) of which 10 years should be at the Senior Management / Top Management Level.
3. Conditions may be relaxed for exceptional candidate.

Other Requirements of MD & CEO

1. Proven strategic leadership, strong financial and business acumen, decision making & influencing skills.
2. Extensive commercial lending and credit administration experience and an in-depth understanding of the NBFC sector, Risk Management practices, Compliance and Regulatory requirements.
3. Exposure to Treasury Operations and Board experience will be an added advantage.
