Staff Requirements

• HR Manager
  Qualification: MBA (HR) / MHRM. Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in which 6 years managerial experience in hospital. Preferably NABH/JCI accredited hospital
• Assistant HR Manager
  Qualification: MBA (HR) / MHRM. Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of experience in healthcare industry, Preferably NABH/JCI accredited hospital.
• HR Executive
  Qualification: MBA (HR) / MHRM. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
• Store Manager
  Qualification: Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business administration/ Logistics or Equivalent. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in handling hospital stores is mandatory.
• Purchase Manager
  Qualification: Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business administration/ Logistics or Equivalent. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in handling hospital purchase is mandatory.
• Purchase Executive
  Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/ Any degree or Equivalent Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospital purchase division; computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Electrical Engineer
  Qualification: B Tech / Diploma in Electrical. Experience: 8 to 15 years of experience in Project and Facility.
• Quantity Surveyor (QS)
  Qualification: B Tech (Civil). Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience (For Project and Facility)
• Civil Supervisor
  Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Civil. Experience: 3 to 10years of experience (Project).
• MEP Supervisor
  Qualification: B Tech in Electrical / Diploma. Experience: 5 to 10 years relevant experience.
