Graduate Engineer (Civil) with minimum 30 years of experience in Highways construction and must have completed at least one 4 lane Highway project not less than 40.000 KM from inception to completion as Head of Project. Should have proven track record of strategic planning, managing projects, improving efficiency of operations control.
