He must be a person of highest level of competence & institutional commitment. Vice Chancellor is an academic & administrative head and will set the vision of the University along with top management team; put the vision into action to achieve academic and corporate goals. The candidate is expected to have 10 years experience as professor in institute of national importance including 5 years of administrative experience and leadership qualities to head reputed academic institution.
