Post Name:- VP – Design & Engineering: B.E. with relevant experience of 15 – 20 years.
Having the relevant experience in the field of machine design and manufacturing, understanding of manufacturing processes, hydraulics, machine design, CFD, FEA, Solid works etc. This positions demands monitoring and mentoring a team of 25-30 design engineers.

Post Name:- VP – Marketing: B.E – Mechanical, PG Marketing with experience more than 10-20 years
To generate leads for the business, closing sales, and making sure that subordinates are closing sales. To ensure that subordinate sales people are doing their job, monitor sales & procedures. Must be a good leader & supervisor, regularly checking performance & communicating any problems with sales people.

Post Name:- GM – Design & Engineering: B.E.– Mechanical with relevant experience of 5 -10 years.
Good knowledge of understanding of system such as solid works & its applications, product design, design for manufacturing, CAE, Fluid mechanics, machine design, physics mechanics etc. This position requires to coordinate and work with various departments in organization.

Parason Machinery Hiring for Plant Manager and Sales Engineer

Post Name:- GM – Purchase: B.E – Mechanical with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
To manage the purchase activities which includes negotiations on techno-commercial aspects. Must have good knowledge of engineering.

Post Name:- Plant Manager: B.E / Diploma Mechanical with relevant experience of 5-10 years
To operate and manage the activities for a specialized SS fabrication unit and should be capable of handling 90-100 manpower. Good knowledge of TIG, MIG welding is desired.

Post Name:- Sales Engineer: B.E./ Diploma Mechanical with relevant experience of 2-3 years
Techno-commercial acumen towards sales of industrial and heavy engineering products. Loves travelling and networking.
