Post Name:- Director – Staff Development

Eligibility & Job Profile: Post graduate (PhD preferred) with experience in staff training and development, content creation, conduct of educational methods workshop, soft skills and communication skills training. He/She should be able to organize continuing educational programs, create and implement systems, policies and procedures for maintaining educational consistency and be competent to advise on policy matters related to staff development and empowerment.

Department of Journalism & Mass Communication

Eligibility: Postgraduate in Journalism or equivalent, Ph.D preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of teaching experience.
