Projects, Real Estate And Infrastructure Management:Project Structuring, Project Appraisal, MRTS – Planning, Operation, Maintenance, Administration and Governance in Local Self Governing Bodies – Revenue / Land / Stamp, Contracts Management, Urban / Regional Planning and Design, Asset Management of Properties, Land and Property Management, Industrial HVAC System, Management of Power Projects. Smart Grid Technology and Applications, Static and Rotating Equipment (Electrical / Mechanical), Project Cost Estimation, Management of Instrumentation Projects, Pipeline Engineering.

Qualifications & Experience:
Assistant Professor Gr. III: M.E/M.Tech./
MBA/ Equivalent
Assistant Professor Gr. II: M.E./ M.Tech, / M.B.A/ Equivalent, with minimum 2 years experience, Ph.D desirable.
Assistant Professor Gr. I: Ph.D. with no experience. Or M.E/ M.Tech../ M.B.A/ Equivalent, with minimum 4 years experience,
Associate Professor: Ph.D with minimum 3 years experience.
Senior Associate Professor: Ph.D. with minimum 6 years experience.
Professor: Ph.D with minimum 10 years experience.
