The candidate should possess the following attributes:-

•  Excellent leadership skills.
•   Good Relationship Building skills.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
•   5+ years experience as a Principal of a well-established college.
•   Must be well versed with the rules and regulations of the Pre University Board.
•   Qualification should be as per the norms prescribed by the State Government.
•   Should not be over the age of 50.
