Manager – HR & Admin
The person will be responsible for all HR functions including Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation Management, performance Management HRIS and General Administrative matters. Should be well conversant with relevant rules and regulations and Labour Laws.
The ideal candidates should be:
• Male / Female graduate between 35 to 45 years with major in HR from recognized University.
• Have atleast 5 years of hard core HR experience in Indian company / MNC.
Compensation will be on par with industry standards.
