Vice President – Lean Manufacturing Job Opening at Magna Electro Castings Limited Coimbatore

Post Name: Vice President – Lean Manufacturing

• B.E. (Mechanical) with above 20 years of experience and minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry, Automotive / Engineering industry in the relevant area of expertise.
• Should be a Team leader and self driven to achieve the organization’s goal and capable of handling a Team of Managers, Engineers and Operators and work closely with other support functions.
• Should have hands on experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, TPM / TQM practices, Kaizen Initiatives, audits, Quality System, 5S and Safety practices.
• Should have hands on experience in root cause analysis, analytical and systematic problem solving skills.
• Capable of Ensuring Adequacy of Systems & Processes and Adherence, including continuous improvement of Processes based on PDCA
• Should be well versant with PPAP and APQP requirements.
• Willing to be a Change agent and drive the team towards Change process.

Job location will be in the Plant reporting to the Executive Director.
Salary will not be a constraint tor the suitable candidate and will be commensurate to experience and knowledge.
