• Experience in Corporate Legal Management end having worked in Infrastructure Projects / Construction Companies is an added advantage
• Thorough knowledge in all Court cases / DRT oases / NCLT/ Arbitration matters, etc
• Attend Arbitration & Court Cases and legal proceedings
• Able to handle all contractual matters
• Drafting of Deeds, Agreements, etc
