Qualification & Experience:

• Experience and qualifications as per NMC Norms.
• Should possess Postgraduate Medical qualification and other academic qualifications from recognized institutions.
• Minimum of 10 years teaching experience as Professor / Associate Professor / Reader in a reputed Medical College / Institute. And at least 5 years should be as Professor in a department. Preference may be given to the HOD’s.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• As the chief academic officer of the Institute, the Dean is responsible for the academic and personnel affairs of the medical college & hospital.
• A multitasker with exemplary communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent leadership qualities, innovative planning and work execution.
• Ability to coordinate and participate in activities of faculty committees, advise authorities on academic / clinical matters and provide academic counselling.
• Ability to Develop and implement goals & strategic planning, managing resources.
