• Should be a distinguished academician with a minimum of ten years of experience as Professor in a University system or ten years of experience in an equivalent position in a reputed research and/or academic administrative organization and having experience in areas of administration, research and development, student affairs, academic and education affairs.
• Provide visionary leadership and strategically nurture the university to achieve accreditations and accolades through national and international bench marking.
• Support and guide the university and faculty in the introduction of innovative programs, build a strong research culture and forge national and international collaborations
