Position Type: Senior Tunnel Engineer (3 Nos.) based at Project Site

Engineering graduates with 20-22 years of proven experience in Bridge / Highway / Tunneling with 12-15 years post qualification expertise experience in Tunnel environment & exposure of managing the contractual aspects, obligation of projects, project finance, program assurance and contract and should have exposure of working in the New Austrian Tunneling Method (NATM) & Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM). Experience of construction of vertical shaft would be preferred.

An Engineering graduate in Civil Engineering with 12-15 years of experience in construction planning of tunneling projects. Candidate should be a keen planner, strategist & implementer with expertise in planning entire operations with key focus on delivery and profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Should be proficient in MS Office, MS Project, CAD, Microsoft Project 2010 / and have working knowledge of Primavera 6. Candidate should have experience and knowledge of NATM / TBM method of tunneling along with relevant IRC codes, Quality and safety aspects of the project. Experience of construction of vertical shaft would be preferred.

Experienced persons with 12-15 years of experience as Foreman (Tunnel Works) in a large construction project. Should be able to plan, schedule, co-ordinate, inspect, assign and supervise the works of crews / teams engaged in tunnel and shaft excavation and concreting works. Minimum 10+2 Education is mandatory.

Mechanical Engineer with 15-18 years experience in Maintenance and Operation of Construction Plant & Equipment in a large construction project of similar nature. The work experience should include ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of construction equipment and transport vehicles. Finalizing facility layout for plant installation and maintenance facilities, the candidate having knowledge of plant safety, driver’s safety, occupational safety, pollution control, environmental compliance, etc. shall be desirable.
