As a Director, one would be responsible for encouraging and supporting research, knowledge exchange and innovation, and motivate high class faculty and students community. The role of the Director is to provide academic leadership and also steer the administration under overall guidelines of a highly distinguished Board of Governors that is committed to maintain IIML as an academic centre of excellence.

The Director shall have a contractual tenure of appointment for five years or until attaining the superannuation age of 65 years, whichever is earlier. The detailed notification and sample proforma for application are available on the IIM Lucknow website:- www.iiml.ac.in.
