The Vice-Chancellor plays a key role in the overall development of the Institution and its Ranking.

• The Candidate should be a visionary with proven leadership qualities, administrative capabilities as well as teaching and research credentials and shall define a clear growth plan and way forward strategy to position the Institution in the top 50.
• He/ She shall provide strategic leadership to all Academic and Administrative functions, enhancement of research; involve new pedagogies in teaching & learning activities in the University.
