    Dear sir Greetings….

    I am Arunkumar, a graduate who has experience as a Customer service Executive in Retail industries in Seychelles and Dubai.

    Apart from floor sales i have good knowledge about the customer service through Phone,email fax etc.,I also have Part time experience as an AR Caller in a MedicalTranscription company and as a Call centre Agent With Reliance Telecom in India during my college days which i didn’t mention in my CV(Since it is short Durations)

    I have good Telephone Etiquette and have handled both Inbound and Outbound calls to/from clients which has given me more confident to solve or provide good service to my clients in my recent work profile

    At present I am staying in Kerala(Palakkad) and I am ready to relocate anywhere in India. I am ready to Join immediately too
