Educational Qualification: Any Engineering Graduate
Experience: More than a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Cement Industry
Preference: An Engineering graduate with more than 10 years of relevant experience
In a large modern Cement Industry will be preferred. Desired age would be around 50 years.
The successful candidate will head the total operations, maintenance, and administration of a unit. Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving production, productivity, and quality standards.
- Initiating various developmental measures and cost reduction activities.
- Effective utilization of manpower, safety, and environmental standards.
He will be supported by highly qualified and experienced Managers responsible for various departments. The person should have exceptional leadership qualities, man-management, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in independently managing the operations of a modern cement plant requiring general management skills.
