Job Role:

• Recruit, train, activate the team of advisors in the assigned area of operation
• Drive the team of advisors to achieve pre-defined business targets
• Ensure strong ethical conduct while pursuing business activities
• Deliver excellent service standards to build long term customer relationships

Experience:
Up to 8 years of field sales experience preferably in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance sector.

Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
