Hawkins job openings for Factory Manager and Deputy Head R&D

Post Name: Factory Manager
The Hawkins Factory Manager is responsible for in-house and outhouse production and subcontracting. He has to ensure the coordination required amongst various segments of manufacturing to produce the desired quantity, variety and quality of products. He is responsible for the administration and welfare of all personnel at the factory. He is accountable for all legal compliances required from the factory. He has to ensure the maintenance of and the required increase in the productive capacity. He has to deliver the effective utilisation of the resources under his charge and safeguard the security of the plant.
Post Name: Head Marketing Projects
The incumbent will report to the Executive VP-Marketing and will be responsible for various projects such as the design and set-up of showrooms, development of merchandising materials and signages, the design of the packaging of products and parts, management of demonstrations and the development of online sales. The candidate should have at least eight years of suitable experience in a reputed consumer products marketing company.
Post Name: Deputy Head R&D
The job is to act as Deputy to the existing Senior VP-R&D who is responsible for the maintenance and improvements of the quality of existing products, manufacturing process improvements and the design and development of new products. The candidate should be a graduate mechanical or electrical engineer with at least eight years suitable experience.
Post Name: Head Factory Projects
The job involves companywide responsibility for expansion of productive capacities including factory buildings and equipment. It requires an appropriate engineering degree and a minimum of eight years experience in a related job in industry or in consulting.
Post Name: Head Test Kitchen
The incumbent has to lead the Test Kitchen team in evaluating products and developing and publishing cooking manuals. He or she will have to coordinate with R&D, Packaging, Advertising, Marketing and top management. The job requires a scientific approach, an interest in cooking and writing skills in English. Experience in a related field such as a commercial kitchen, a quality laboratory or a publishing house may be useful.
Post Name: Head Legal Affairs
The incumbent will advise the Company in legal matters monitor and ensure legal compliance, brief counsel and organise action to avoid or support litigation as needed. The main responsibility is to protect the intellectual property of the Company such as trademarks, copyrights, designs and patents. The candidate should be a qualified solicitor or advocate with at least eight years post qualification experience in one or more of the fields that we require.
Post Name: Deputy Company Secretary
The job is to act as the deputy to the existing Company Secretary. The candidate should be a qualified Company Secretary with at least eight years suitable experience of dealing with matters of a listed public company.
Remuneration: Rs. 40 Lakhs to Rs. 60 Lakhs p.a.
