The remuneration figures mentioned above are actual averages per Trainee and per confirmed Sales Representative during the last one year. •  During Training Rs.63, 000 pm
• Upon Confirmation Rs.97, 000 pm

Fresh graduates are required as Sales Trainees to be posted in important towns in various parts of India. The job involves travelling intensively, managing dealers, modern retail and institutions and achieving sales targets. Hawkins representatives have the opportunity, based on performance, to attend Foreign Conferences at attractive locations from time to time.

Candidates should be 21 to 28 years of age. The selection process shall consist of screening of applications; written tests at various centres all over India; and a group discussion and final interview in Mumbai for which return rail fares shall be paid.
