MBA in HR/IR or MSW with 20-25 years experience in Strategic HR Planning, Talent Management, Leadership & People Development, Employee & Industrial Relations, Labour law Compliance, Administration; with exceptional communication skills.

Post Name:- Chief Projects Officer (CPO)
B.E../B.Tech./MBA with Certification in Project Management, and 15-20 years experience in leading team of professionals, working on manufacturing Greenfield projects. Must have credible exposure to all aspects of project management, viz. project planning, resource & people management, techno-commercial negotiations, creating and monitoring SOPs, ensuring operational controls, ensuring qualitative project delivery.

Post Name:- Chief Legal Officer (CLO)
Law Graduate with 20-25 of experience in Legal/Corporate matters. Lead and develop strategy ensuring delivery of legal services & resources to protect company’s matters. Must have credible exposure to all aspects of Corporate Litigation, Compliance, Contract Management, Commercial and transactional matters including negotiations, with excellent communication skills to maintain proper interaction with relevant govt. / legislature bodies.

Law Graduate with 8-12 years experience in legal matters of corporate, commercial and labour law, and sound understanding of FMCG business. Excellent ability to coordinate with and brief lawyers/advocates/counsels on company matters. Should have good legal drafting abilities.

Post Name:- AGM- Direct Taxation
CA with above 10-15 years experience in Direct Taxation, Assessment, Compliances, Litigation and Liaison. Experience of working in Manufacturing as well as in Trusts will be an advantage.

CA with 5-7 years of experience in preparation of MIS related to Finance, Profitability, balance sheet, analytics, etc. Must have excellent business analytical skills.

Post Name:- Executive Secretary to Chairman
Graduate with minimum 20 years of experience in providing executive and administrative support to Chairman/MD/ Director/CEO/CXO level. Job includes calendar & travel management, correspondence, business MIS and analytics. Good communication (written and oral) and coordination skills are must.

Post Name:- Head – CSD & Institutional Sales
MBA / PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing with 8-12 years experience in Sales 8i Marketing and at least 2-3 years in a position of similar responsibility. Responsible for development and handling the business of CSD and other Institutions for sales revenue generation, and handling the overall relationships. Facilitating the ordering, fulfillment and outreach and activation In all unit and local canteens. Custodian of all initiatives and priorities in this area.

Post Name:- Trade Marketing Manager
MBA / PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing with minimum 10 years experience in Sales & Marketing and at least 2-3 years in a position of similar responsibility. Will lead development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories, GT and MT. Will be key custodian of new product launches, ensuring adherence to the sales budget. Must have excellent data / business analytics skills.
