The aspirant must be:-

1. A dynamic, energetic, highly motivated and inspired individual.
2. A trained postgraduate with at least 10 years of experience out of which 5 years as a Principal / Vice Principal of a reputed school. (Ph.D. candidates are preferred)
3. A sound academician with equal command on administration & transformational leader.
