GIFT secured project approval from Tamil Nadu Foundation, Inc. and commenced the operation of AGN SCHOOL at Konganapuram village in Salem district in June 1998 in a renovated family farm house with less than 200 students.

Post Name: Director Academics

For a reputed group of schools in Salem District run by a charitable non-profit Trust.

To shape and guide the mission and strategies of its schools consistent with the purpose, philosophy and operational principles of the Trust and its institutions.
Responsibilities include shaping and facilitating strategic direction, curriculum development, assessment & tracking, leadership development, communication & public relations.
Candidates must possess strong vision, process-orientation and interpersonal skills, besides being computer savvy, to evaluate, mentor and lead the academics direction and standards of the schools with the principals and academics leadership team.

Experience: 20+ years in leadership roles in reputed institutions.
Minimum Qualifications: M.Sc. B.Ed
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and merit.
