We are looking for a highly committed and dynamic professional, who would support our Global IT initiatives as per mentioned details:-

Post Name: IT-Director – IT Applications & Services Delivery (Location – Pune)

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:

• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems & processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key Initiatives.
• Relationship building with all stakeholders to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
• Planning & monitoring of daily operational efficiency & timely completion of tasks.
• Deliver service according to ITIL and internal project methodologies, adopting Agile where appropriate
• Perform impact analysis and recommend feasible solutions
• Coordinate service delivery team including service desk, infrastructure, application support teams (internal and external)
• Ensure IT service quality in terms of professional and technical knowledge
• Create strategic partnerships with suppliers providing delivery and support services across all Applications space
• Work In a cross-matrix environment spanning time zones
• Build best in class internal capabilities

Candidature shall possess the followings:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or relevant discipline
• More than 15 years of working experience in Service Delivery, Infrastructure, Application, System
• Candidate with ITIL Foundation Certification, PMP, Prince 2 will be an advantage
• Streamline and implement new structures and roles, creating speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
• Experience with budget and business plan development
• Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM) Compensation would be as per prevailing market benchmark.
