FIP has been designed to ensure the holistic development of an Intern with a blend of 24 months paid Internship at Federal Bank Branches/Offices across India along with Phygital mode of learning through a fusion of classroom and virtual sessions designed by MaGE.

Key Highlights

• A comprehensive 2 year internship program with focus on Retail Banking under the guidance and mentorship of veterans
• Earn up to 5.7 lakhs per annum during the internship period
• Upon successful completion of the program, the intern will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) – an Institution of Eminence
• The intern stands a chance to be considered for absorption as a Probationary Officer with Federal Bank on successful completion of FIP
