Post Name:- CEO
The candidate should be in an inspiring leader with a business mind set and ability to visualize the larger vision. Should be able to handle a business portfolio of Rs.500 crs.

Key responsibilities would include:-

•  Marketing, Execution, Procurement & Accounts, Monitoring of Project execution across country and coordinating the function of Marketing, Execution, Procurement & Accounts.
•  Ensuring all Safety, Statutory & Legal compliances.
•  Developing Business Strategy and Vision to achieve Short, Mid and Long Term Objectives for the next 10 years and implementing the same.
•  Leading and Motivating a team of more than 500 Persons at HO & Branches across lndia.
•  The candidate should have minimum qualification of B.E.. / ME., with an experience of 25 years, in Turn-key Electrical Project Execution industry
•  Age 45 to 50 years

Post Name:- CFO
The Candidate should be Well Versed with all aspects of Financial Management and Controls for Project Based Companies.

Key Responsibilities Would Include:-

• Financial Management Functions and Managing Cash Flows.
• Coordination with Banks.
• Legal and Statutory Compliances related with Taxation. Fund
• Raising Plans-Vendor Management.
• Close Working with Auditors and Tax Consultants.
• Candidate should be CA / MBA (Finance) with 20 years of experience.
• Age 40 years.
