Post Name: Dept. – Sale – Sales Executive / Manager
Graduate & Minimum 15 to 20 years hands on experience in sales of commercial & Residential properties proficiency in handling clients. Preference will be given up date & knowledge of RERA Act Formalities Good orientation of Pune city and out skirts.
Post Name: Legal Dept. – Advocate / Legal
Candidate should have legal Degree from reputed University having 18 to 20 years’ experience. Proficiency in independency drafting legal documents, Conveyancing drafts, knowledge of search & title Report. Stamp Duties & Registrations, very sound in CPC Revenue, Consumer and CRPC with updated formalities of RERA.
Post Name: HR & Admin- HR Executive / Manager
Graduate with specialisation in HR & Administration procedures in Real Estate Company, through knowledge of Statutory Compliance of ESI / PF/ Labour Laws. Payroll & attendance procedure with good background in administration will be preferred experience 7 to 10 years.
Post Name: Front office executive (Female)
Smart graduate with hands on experience of front office/Reception/Telephone board handling with command and fluency in tele – conversation, knowledge of letter dispatching, curiors etc. experience 7 to 10 years.
Post Name: Senior CRM
Graduate with minimum 15 to 20 years of hands on experience in functioning of CRM Dept. especially in the Real Estate Sector. Should have handled a Team.
