Aspiring candidates must be a leader with proven expertise in:-

•  Setting-up and running a state-of-the-art “Secondary School in waiting” to be affiliated by Central and International Boards of School Education.
•  Aligning and resonating with the vision of the institution.
•   Assimilating latest pedagogical approach, strategies and tools and incorporating seamlessly in the curriculum.
•   Selecting, motivating and guiding his/her team towards accomplishing the goal through leadership.
•   Understanding variables and processes leading to outstanding educational outcomes.
•   Working the system to achieve the goal set by being a problem solver, solution provider and bridge builder.

The candidates should be aged between 35-45 years, with at least 5 years experience in a similar position and qualified as per the CBSE standards. Must also be an excellent communicator in English and adept in use of IT.
