About The Candidate:-

•  The ideal candidate should be a graduate, having minimum 20 years of experience in the field of capital markets/ finance / management / securities markets out of which preferably the recent 5 years should be at the senior management level.
•   In a senior management role, the candidate should have played a leadership role, with P&L responsibility in the financial services sector and have a demonstrable track record. He/she should have a thorough understanding of technology and operations for financial services firms.
• Prior experience in managing diverse expectations from key stake holders, including investors, business partners, regulators, customers, employees, among others, is also required.
• The candidate is required to fulfil the eligibility requirements under the Companies Act and SEBI (Depository and Participant) Regulations. 2018.
•   The candidate must be aged not less than 45 years and not more than 55 years as on March 01st, 2019.
•  Age and experience limits may be relaxed for deserving candidates at the discretion of the Selection Committee.

The compensation and perquisites will be in line with industry standards. The appointment shall be for a maximum period of 5 years and can be reappointed in accordance with SEBI (Depository & Participant) Regulations.

Location:- The position is based in Mumbai.
