Bombay Hospital Trust owns and runs the 700-Beded Hospital, one of the largest private Hospitals in India.

We are seeking highly motivated persons for the following position for our Hospital located at Mumbai.

Job Vacancies for Assistant Manager Chief Security Officer at Bombay Hospital

Post Name: Assistant Manager – Industrial Relations

To assist HR Department in policy implementation, employee development and maintenance of harmonious industrial relations. He would be required to redress grievances, administer discipline, conduct Inquiries, maintain relevant records and carry out other personnel functions related with the employees.

Candidate should posses Masters Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or equivalent Degree from reputed management Institutes with 4-6 years of experience, preferably in Hotel or Hospital Industry.

Post Name: Assistant Manager (Pharmacy)

M.Pharm / B.Pharm with 6 to 8 years experience in Hospital Pharmacy. The candidate will ensure availability of the medicine and surgical items round the clock, accurate distribution. No stock out, staff administration and inventory control. Preference will be given to candidate with Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Administration.

Post Name: Assistant Manager – Materials
Candidate should be a Post Graduate in Commerce/ Degree or Diploma in Materials Management from reputed Institute having 5 to 7 years of experience in Purchase / Store Department of large size Hospital or Hotel industry.

Post Name: Chief Security Officer

The candidate should be Graduate. The incumbent should be Ex-service man (Not below the rank of Army Captain)/Retired not below the rank of ACP with 8 years of relevant experience in Industrial Security.

He should be able to look after the Physical Security of ‘Hospitals’ property, Records, prevention of theft/ pilferage, to gather Labour and Industrial Intelligence and report the same to the Management, to maintain liaison with local police authorities, maintain Fire-Fighting System of the Hospital and to train Security Staff in Fire Fighting and use of Fire-Fighting Equipment etc.

Age limit for all the above positions below 40 years. Computer literacy is must for all positions.

Remuneration will be commensurate with the profile of the candidates.
