BCA Baroda Cricket Association, the Pioneer Cricket Institute of Baroda On 16 th April 1934, the Baroda Cricket Association was established, which was known as The Central Board of Cricket back then. Its Founder President was Col. Kumar Shivraj Singh and Founder Secretary was Prof. S.V. Shevade.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Job Vacancy at BCA Baroda Cricket Association

Post Name: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

It is looking for an experienced professional to take on the rote of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The incumbent should have minimum of 5 years of experience in a Corporate, preferably related to the field of sports. Acquaintance with Cricket is essential. The candidate should have the ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver on time bound expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing BCA’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.
2. Managing day-to-day affairs of BCA comprising of activities related to Finance, Administration, Human Resource, Legal, Infrastructure, upkeep etc.
3. Coordinating with the Office Bearers of BCA in planning and execution of various initiatives for Development of Cricket and assist them in transacting with the office of BCCI.
4. Work closely with various Committees of BCA for implementation of cricketing activities within the district.
5. Coordinate meetings of the Apex Council/Cricket Improvement Committee and other committees and conduct events launched by BCA including the Annual General Meetings.
6. Prepare annual expense budget in co-ordination with the concerned committee members and submit periodical Reports / MIS to the Office Bearers on important matters.
7. Oversee general discipline of BCA office and address requirements of BCA members under guidance of the Office Bearers.
8. Suggest new initiatives for creating Cricket facilities across the jurisdiction of BCA and
   for development of Cricket.
9. Communicate with external agencies / statutory authorities on official matters.

Minimum 5-6 years of experience.
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Remuneration: Shall be at par with Industry and commensurate with calibre.
