Since its establishment in October 2011, Auro University has been imparting integral and transformational education, providing value-based learning that develops not only the mental but also the physical, vital and spiritual aspects of students’ lives, as they transform from learners to leaders.

Auro University seeks to appoint a new Provost who will serve as the academic leader of a growing and innovative University and lead the process of institution building by working closely with the Founder President and the University’s Boards. The Provost will be responsible for the overall development, research and institutional advancement, financial management, and the future strategic direction of the University. In this role, the Provost will embrace and manifest the university’s Vision, Mission and Values. The Provost will bring thought leadership, commitment and energy to all of his/her responsibilities. As such, the Provost will be the spokes person for the university’s distinctive vision, and serve as its ambassador.

The candidate must have an international outlook, strong capabilities, and an approachable, transparent leadership. The ideal candidate will possess an innovative and effective strategic approach that provides the university dynamic, proactive and visionary leadership to enhance its stature both nationally and globally.

The Provost should possess a doctorate, with at least 10 years of experience as Dean/Professor in a university system, or similar experience in an equivalent position in a reputed research and/or academic organization. International academic engagement will be considered a Valuable asset.
