Job Responsibilities of Corporate Travel Counselor at GBT
- Provide exceptional traveler care and customer service to GBT corporate clients
- Handle corporate clients with their end-to-end travel requirements related to Reservation/ Ticketing/ Fares / Routing/ Hotels and Visa requests
- Professional expertise in anyone GDS System (Galileo/ Sabre/ Amadeus) and online booking environment tools
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer and build excellent business relationship with customer groups, peers & vendors
Requirements of Corporate Travel Counselor
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Reservation & Ticketing in Travel Industry
- Hands on knowledge of any one GDS system(Galileo/ Sabre/ Amadeus) is mandatory
- Diploma / Post Graduation in travel & tourism would be added advantage
- Excellent Customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good knowledge of domestic as well as international itineraries, routing, reservation & ticketing
