Post Name: Delivery Head
• In-depth exposure in executing delivery for Managed Services projects with strong people management & Escalation management skills
• Must have played a Tech specialist role in Server, storage, Vmware/ Security for at least 5 years
• At least 15 years and minimum 9 years in managed Services with 5 years in client facing role
• BE/BTech/MCA/BCA preferred
• PMP/ITIL certification preferred
Post Name: Delivery Manager / Program Manager
• Manage the Customer Relationship and to ensure that the service delivery to customers and prospects is of excellent quality and achieves overall Contract objectives
• Work closely with the CIO of Customer Organization to develop strategy and planning for Information Technology
• Responsible for Business Operations and Profitability
• Ability to understand and interpret contract requirements
• PMP/ITIL certification preferred
Post Name: L3 Specialist (ServiceNow , Server / Storage / Visualization , Exchange /AD, Citrix /Vmware, Network)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and resolve with RCA
• Design solutions for Infrastructure transformation
• Lead the team during escalations & take up customer facing role
• Strong knowledge in multiple infrastructure technologies
• Ready to work in shifts
• At least 8 years in IT and minimum 5 years above skills. NOC/SOC experience preferred.
• BE / B.Tech. / MCA / BCA preferred, any graduate, relevant certifications preferred
Post Name:Team Lead
• Excellent exposure in Managing desktop / Laptops in Windows and MAC
• Remote troubleshooting and resolution capability
• Lead and manage the team efficiently
• Minimum 5 years of Experience
• Diploma in IT / Graduate with IT certification
Excellent communication skills are mandatory for all the above mentioned positions.
