For Director Position:
Applicant, aged preferably 45-55, must be an energetic and creative professional with a track record of high performance consisting of 15 years of teaching/ research/ consulting experience and capable of leading and inspiring a competent team of management faculty. Ph.D. in any management discipline or equivalent from a reputable institution is essential. A good record of post Ph.D. research and publications in National/ International journals and authorship of books will be an important consideration. So also the candidate’s networking ability and professional standing.
For Faculty Positions:
Candidates fulfilling the AICTE norms. Ph.D’s preferred.
For Administrative Positions:
Accounts Officer: M.Com / CA Inter
Security cum Admin Officer: Retired Defense Officers preferred.
Asst. Librarian: M.Lib.Sc. with 5 years experience.

XIME Bangalore is now 22 years old and is recognized as one of the top B-Schools of the country-admitting 180 PGDM students a year, and placing them well. The Kochi Centre which is one of the finest campuses in Kerala, will admit its 2nd Batch of 120 students in April 2014. Chennai campus is expected to be ready for operations by October 2014.
All the three centres will need faculty for all major functional areas. Ph.D in the relevant discipline is required.
