Needs Director, Faculty and Key Staff for XIME–Kochi

For Director Position:
Applicant, aged preferably 45-55, must be an energetic and creative professional with a track record of high performance consisting of 15 years of teaching/research/consulting experience and capable of leading and inspiring a competent team of management faculty. Ph.D. in any management discipline or equivalent from a reputable institution is essential. A good record of Post Ph.D. research and publications in National/International journals and authorship of books will be an important consideration. So also the candidate’s networking ability and professional standing. PGDM/MBAs from top class B-Schools with 15 years of relevant senior level industry experience may also apply.
