Manager – Export Sales
Graduates, preferably MBAs with 7-10 years expenence in Marketing of Garments / FMCG / Consumer durables / Engineering products etc. especially to the Middle East Countries. The Incumbent should have high Initiative and drive and must be a go-getter. Continuously analyse performance and keep setting progressive targets / plans for the team end empowering them to achieve the same. He will be responsible for maximising the sales in his territory, while ensuring profitability.

HR-MANAGER: Post Graduate’s – MBA (HR) / MSW / MSc (PSY, from reputed institution’s having 10-15 years experience with professional organizations, preferably in the Textile field. The Incumbent should have hands-on experience in Manpower Recruitment, Training & Development. He will also be expected to handle general office administration, management of hostels, canteens, vehicles, security etc. He should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to being a team builder. Knowledge of social compliance standards like SAE 8000, WRAP, etc and experience in handling social audits is essential.

OFFICER ETP OPERATIONS Engineering/Post Graduates in Environmental Science having around 5-10 years experience in independently operating ‘zero liquid discharge waste water recycle plant’ with capacity of 20-25 lakh litres / day. Those possessing the sound knowledge in operations of ZLD waste water treatment plant consisting of biological system, filtration system, UF, RO, NF and Evaporators will be given preference. He should be very well versed in Pollution Norms and Acts.

EXPORT SALES MANAGER: Graduates, preferably MBA’s with 7-10 years experience in Marketing of Garments / FMCG / Consumer durables / Engineering products etc. especially to the Middle East Countries. Processing Supervisors
DTP/B.Sc (Chemistry) with 1-3 years experience. Should posses good experience in soft flow dyeing machines. Must be able to independently manage the shift with good supervisory skills.

ETP Supervisors
B.Sc (Chemistry) IDCE/DCT with minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience in ETP & RO process from reputed dyeing industry / private ETP plants.

Lab Technician (Processing)
BSc (Chemistry)/DTP with 1-3 years experience in fabric/ dyeing units.

Boiler Supervisors
DME with 0-3 years of experience in handling the operation and maintenance of FBC boiler and Oil fired boiler. Candidate must be boiler operator certified with Ist / IInd class proficiency.

Assistants- Finance
Graduates in Commerce with 1-3 years experience in reputed manufacturing organizations. Experience in secretarial work under companies act and knowledge in MS office & Tally will be an added advantage.

PROCESSING MANAGER:
MSc Candidates in Chemistry or Degree in Textile Chemistry. The right candidate must have at least 5 years experience as Processing Manager in a Fabric Dyeing unit. Should have worked extensively in soft flow dyeing machines with Vat and Reactive dyes. Should have demonstrated / shown considerable past expertise in cost saving and first time right dyeing methods. He should be versatile in organising, planning and manpower deployment. Compensation is not a constraint for suitable candidates. Location: Mettupalayam

OFFICER / MANAGER – PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL
Graduates preferably with Management background having 5-7 years experience with reputed Engineering / Textile industry. The incumbent should be highly computer literate and be familiar with the modem planning techniques like MRP, MRP II, JIT etc.

MANAGER – QUALITY ASSURANCE:
Textile Diploma (DTT / DTP / DGT / DHT) / Degree (B.Tech -Textile Technology) with more than 10 yrs Experience in handling of QC activities in a Textile Industry (Preferably Made-ups). In-depth knowledge in yam & fabric quality parameters, shade matching and sewing quality control. The incumbent is expected to provide leadership to the quality movement across the organization by making continuous process improvements and ensuring their strict compliance.
