  • MANAGER EXPORT SALES
    Graduates, preferably MBAs with 7-10 years experience in Marketing of Garments / FMCG / Consumer durables / Engineering products etc. especially to the overseas. The incumbent should have high initiative and drive and must be a go-getter. He should be able to identity the customer needs and propose appropriate products from the company range for creating competitive advantage to the customer. He will be responsible for maximizing the sales in his territory while ensuring profitability inline with the company objectives.

  • REGIONAL / NATIONAL SALES MANAGERS
    Graduates, preferably MBAs with minimum five years experience as Regional / Branch Manager in the sales and marketing of FMCG, Home Textiles, readymade branded garments, etc. He should possess excellent commercial acumen and be well versed in the Channel management of retail products, He is expected to motivate and lead a team of live-wire area sales managers / territory sales executives for achieving challenging targets in both the areas of sales and collection.

MANAGER – EXPORT SALES: Graduates, preferably MBAs with 7-10 years experience in Marketing of Garments / FMCG / Consumer durables / Engineering products etc. especially to the overseas. Continuously analyse performance and keep setting progressive targets/plans for the team and empowering them to achieve the same. He will be responsible for maximising the sales in his territory, while ensuring profitability.

OFFICER – TRAINING:Degree /diploma holders with 7-10 years experience in conducting and organising training programmes with reputed manufacturing organisations. The incumbent will be expected to identify training needs, develop training programmes and prepare training calender for employees. Periodical evaluation and empowerment of the trainees is an integral part of the system.

INCHARGE – QUALITY CONTROL : Textile Diploma (DTT / DTP / DGT / DHT) / Degree (B.Tech -Textile Technology) with around 7 yrs Experience in handling of QC activities in a Textile Industry (Preferably Made-ups). In-depth knowledge in yarn & fabric quality parameters, shade matching and fabric dyeing process control required.

OFFICER – PROCESSING:
Msc (Chemistry) or B.Tech (Textile Chemistry) with Minimum 8-10 years experience as Dyeing In-charge in a fabric dyeing units. Should have worked extensively in soft flow dyeing machines with VAT and Reactive dyes. Hands on experience and expertise in cost saving and first time right dyeing methods are essential.

OFFICER– PURCHASE:
Engineering / Science graduates having 6-8 years experience in procurement of capital items, Raw materials, Industrial spares, consumables and chemicals in a reputed Engineering / Textile Industry. He should be familiar with customs regulations and import procedures. Experience in supply chain Management and Vendor Development will be advantageous. INCHARGE – BOILER :
DME with 10-12 years of experience in independently handling the operation and maintenance of FBC, Solid fuel and Oil fired boilers. Must be capable of handling & leading a team of boiler operators and guiding them to operate the equipment to it’s maximum efficiency. Should have rich experience in guiding the operators to overcome peak load situations. Candidates should have good analytical and interpersonal skill. OFFICER / MANAGER – PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL:
Graduates preferably with Management background having 5-7 years experience in a similar positions with reputed Engineering / Textile industry. The incumbent should be highly computer literate and be familiar with the modern planning techniques like MRP, MRP II, JIT etc.

IN-CHARGE –MAINTENANCE (ETP & RO): DME with at least 8-10 years or BE (Mech) with 6 years experience in Textile Process Industry. Must have handled Preventive and breakdown Maintenance activities in ETP & RO equipments. Should be capable of independently managing a team 6-8 supervisors and reporting to Head -Plant Maintenance. Needs to be cost effective and be highly aware of safety practices and modern maintenance techniques.

ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER – QUALITY ASSURANCE:
Textile Diploma (DTT / DTP / DGT / DHT) / Degree (B.Tech -Textile Technology) with more than 10 yrs Experience in handling of QA activities in a Textile Industry (Preferably Made-ups). In-depth knowledge in yam & woven fabric quality assurance, fabric dyeing quality assurance including shade matching and sewing quality control. The incumbent is expected to provide leadership to the quality movement across the organization by making continuous process improvements and ensuring their strict compliance. Age around 30-35.
