• Ph.D./M. Sc. in Chemistry (Organic/Analytical) with 20 years exp. in same field.
• Overall in charge of all OA & QC activities at Tarapur.
• Expert in wet & Instrumental analysis (GC/HPLC/UV/FTIR.GC-MS)
• Co-ordination with Technical dept. and guidance to QA / QC to address customer complaints & bench marking.
• Develop and amend Test Methods & Specification.
• New product introductions
• Test Methods Validation.
• Production BMR & log sheet approval & provide support to R & D.
• Check, approve, issue and review all production, MPP, R&D BMR’s and processes.
• Ensure documentation and implementation of QMS in the factory.
• Statistical analysis
• Conduct Training for QA/QC.

• Provide leadership for all QC/QA activities and ensure reliability of the laboratory.

• Graduate with 5-7 years exp. in same field.
• Responsible for overall functioning of FG Stores.
• Work allocation & equipment utilization
• Supervision of Pickers & Packers.
• Monitoring pending orders.
• Verification of finished goods received from packing.
• Responsible for proper arrangement of FG Stores by following FIFO systems.
• Monitoring of issue of material and Despatches.
• Checking Physical Stock and reconciliation with ERP Stock, Responsible for tracing shortages, if any.
• Monitoring of old stock and getting it reassessed.
• Execution of procedures of narcotic items & export order.
• Authentication of tax invoices.

• Ph.D / M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) with min. 15 yrs. exp.
• Handling organic reactions/synthesis in semi-bulk scale (2500 L capacity) including hydrogenation/pressure reactions upto 60 bar.
• Exp. in handling SS, GLR & ANFD.
• Min 5 yrs. exp. in SCADA Operated chemical plant.
• Capable to lead a team of 5 to 6 Chemists/10 to 15 Operators.
• Experience in preparing SOP’s, IQ,SQ,PQ,DQ documents & liaison with Govt. Agencies Like FDA, Factory Inspector, etc.
• Experience in Speciality/Fine chemicals/Bulk drugs preferred.

• Registration of complaint for breakdown maintenance and follow up and recording the same.
• Generation & maintenance of manufacturing records for products.

• Ph. D. IM.Sc. In Organic Chemistry with 15 years exp. in the same field.
• Should have worked in QC / OA/ R & D or production in Chemical industry in a senior position for at least 2-3 years.
• Experience in new production synthesis methods, optimization & cost reduction.
• Pursue Contract Manufacturing with customers.
• Exposure to new product introduction and in making of Product Catalogue / Product Brochures and other technical materials.
• Coordination with R&D and monitoring day to day production.
• Providing necessary technical information and certificates to customers (internal/ external).

* Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering or B.Sc. in Electronics.
* 3-4 years experience in similar field of Laboratory Instruments.
* Hands on experience in sales & installation/repair/service of Lab. instruments like Peristaltic Pump, Rotary Evaporator, Vacuum Pump, Oven, Autoclave, pH meter, Digital Melting Point Apparatus, Analytical Balance, Centrifuge etc at site and in house.
* Basic knowledge of sales administration including Tender business and Order processing.
* Computer literate with excellent communications skills in English.
* Willing to travel extensively.
