PRODUCTION MANAGER
API/Specialty Chemicals

  • Ph.D. (Organic Chemistry) with min. 15 yrs. experience in Production in chemical plant, (Experience in PLC/SCADA preferred)
  • Experience of handling reactions like Bromination, Nitration, Sulfonation, Dlazotisation, Hydrogenation, Autoclave pressure reactions.
  • Capable to lead a team of 5 to 6 Chemists/10 to 15 Operators.
  • Having handled equipment like Autoclave, GL/SS Reactor, Centrifuge, ANFD etc. & Unit Operations like condensation, centrifugation, drying & multi-milling.
  • Experience in preparing SOP’s,IQ,SQ,PQ,DQ documents & liaison with Govt. Agencies Like FDA, Factory Inspector, etc.
  • Experience in Speciality/Fine chemicals/API/Bulk drugs under GMP conditions.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001-2008.
  • Accommodation may be provided for the deserving candidate at Boisar near Palghar.

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

  • Ph.D. in Analytical/Organic chemistry with min. 20 years experience.
  • Knowledge of analytical method development & validation essential.
  • Checking Specification and Specification amendments of products.
  • Investigation of Technical complaints and ensuring proper corrective and preventive action.
  • Experienced in handling GC,GCMS,HPLC,UV-VIS,IRS,AASetc.
  • Thorough with stability study of chemicals, GMP, SOP, ISO, Quality audit system & modern tools of quality management including statistical analysis.
  • Experience of working in NABL accredited laboratory.
