RECEPTIONIST
Qualification: Graduate with a pleasant personality and a good command over English and excellent communication skills. Must be computer savvy.
Work Experience: About 4 to 6 years of experience as a Receptionist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pre requisites for all reception work required
  • Attending customers, clients and candidates
  • Working knowledge of EPABX system

SECURITY MANAGER
Will be responsible for managing security of sites & open plots. Candidate with Ex-Military exposure and managing real estate security will be preferred. Need to have their own two wheeler. Preferred age within 35 to 45 years.

  • Restricting unauthorized occupants and activities at various locations.
  • Monitoring the security guards and defining roles and responsibilities.
  • Need to have hands on driving and riding a motor cycle
  • Liasioning with MCGM, Police Department Local authorities.
  • Should be physically fit and ready to work in shifts without holidays.
